Today’s late lunch/early dinner.

I cook the burger first and keep it hot in a toaster oven while I cook up the ‘fries’.

I cut russet potatoes in medallions about finger thick, throw them in a plastic bag and coat them with olive oil then sprinkle salt pepper garlic and whatever other spices it pleases me to put on them and grill them up. They cook with very fluffy interiors and nice crispy exteriors.    …and, of course, perfectly spiced! ;-)
