[ Just to clarify a slight misunderstanding, I used the term unhealthy in the context of my health, outside of the cholesterol there’s nothing really bad in these babies… they did represent over half of my daily allotment of calories though (including the buns) for about 1100/1200 calories by the time all was said and done. Add the wine I drank along with it and we hit 1600 out of a 2000 to 2100 daily allotment.]
They were delicious, though, in a delightfully forbidden fruit manner of speaking. What the hell, it’s a holiday monday here!
