Brisling sardines added to a mixed salad: feeling lazy tonight, no-one at home to cook for so I’ve made some Sen-cha to drink and will settle in to Seven Samurai…
Today’s ‘healthy’ lunch.
A mixed salad with croutons liberally sprinkled over top. Olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing with a smidgeon of lemon juice and fresh ground pepper.
Shrimp tails, empty! All that remains of tonight’s dinner. lol
I cooked early, my son is home ill so I thought I would cook some rice (basmati), which is always easy to digest, but I had nothing but shrimp to provide for protein. Worse still, I always make it spicy (hot) but he wolfed it down anyway! I wanted to shoot the plate when it had just been served but sadly could not restrain myself from eating while it was hot off the barbie…
